I would like to start by introducing myself, my name is Hayden Holster, Founder of RPA fleet specialists. I have decided after 10 years in the industry as a dealership, union, and fleet mechanic that it's time to start my own gig. Throughout the years I have learned the way this whole system works; starting as a lube guy never seeing the top side of a frame rail for at least 2 years. From there I progressed into intermediate repairs, then into my first engine rebuild. I've learned that there is a specific procedure to everything repair made and there is always a reasoning behind that. I've always had a dream of this, creating my own business, and to provide Reliable Professional Affordable services to deserving customers.

I have created this company to run and succeed off only a few simple but key factors. One, that you will always receive fairness and the respect that you deserve. That means you will receive honest and correct inspections and repairs, fair market pricing, and no extreme parts mark-up. Two, you can expect constant communication on the status of your vehicles. It is my goal to keep your equipment making you money. With that being said, you will have full access to a step-by-step process of the status of your equipment which will be accessible online. Lastly, but most importantly, you can expect that all of your units are operating safely and efficiently assuring you that there is no reason there will ever be a potential catastrophe.
